John Hayes was our listing/selling agent. We have moved a lot, bought and sold a lot of homes over the past 40 years. John was excellent - always responsive, got a professional photographer and had our property listed all over social media, publications, etc. The buyer of our property had a variety of issues that delayed closing and John was patient, professional, and very thorough in getting all the hurdles smoothed over for a successful closing.
